Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. King River Rafting Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change any tours at any time due to unsafe weather or river conditions. Where we are able to offer an alternate venue and still go rafting this is in the spirit of adventure recreation and no refund will be offered. Where we are unable to offer an alternate venue customers will be given the choice of a similar tour on another day or a full refund. King River Rafting Pty Ltd will not accept any liability for travel accommodation or other inconvenience or cost caused through the cancellation of or delay in a trip.
