Located on 2.5 acres on the fringe of town, our spacious and gracious B&B and self contained cottage will give you an accommodation experience to remember.

We are located on 2.5 acres of land in a semi rural setting. Parking is on-site for small vehicles to caravans. Stony Rise House is a large gracious family home set on 2.5 acres that combines original 1880's features with modern amenities. There are five bedrooms in the main house and a dedicated guest breakfast room. Your booking includes a continental breakfast . Free Wi-Fi is available.

Our place is close, just 6 minutes by car, to Devonport City Centre and the Spirit of Tasmania wharf. The local airport is another 7 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy

1. For a full refund of accommodation fees cancellation must be made five full days prior the to booking’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example if check-in is on Friday cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. 2. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded. 3. If a guest arrives and decides to leave early 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
