Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions apply to all cruises made available by Tamar River Cruises. By making a booking for a cruise you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. Subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. If the booking for a cruise was made through a third party the terms and conditions of that third party also apply. General Terms: Tamar River Cruises will endeavor to provide the cruise but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All cruises are subject to availability minimum participation requirements and prevailing weather conditions at the time of the cruise. A cruise maybe cancelled up to time of departure if it is the opinion of the cruise operator that weather or any other conditions are such that it would be unsafe to conduct the cruise. A full refund will be applicable if this occurs. The liability of Tamar River Cruises arising from any cancellations of cruise bookings by Tamar River Cruises is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations fees are as follows; 24 hours or more prior to scheduled cruise time: Nil Less than 24 hours prior to scheduled cruise time: 30% of the full ticket price of the cruise booked. NO refund will be given for an unused cruise ticket. Cancellations must be made by notifying Tamar River Cruises on 6334 9900 between the hours of 8am to 10pm 7 days a week excluding Christmas Day. Damage or loss of goods: Tamar River Cruises does not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the vessels during or after a cruise. The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to property before during and after the cruise. Definitions: Family Fare covers 2 adults and 2 children between the ages of 5 and 16 years. Children under 5 years are free.
